WHAT 10 ITEMS WOULD I KEEP FROM MY CLOSET?
Ten pieces could be everything you need in your wardrobe? I doubt it. However, putting myself to the test and actually choosing ten pieces felt like I had everything I could need.
The chosen items are ideal for this specific time of year, so you would definitely need more garments overall. But as you can see, I created enough outfits with only ten pieces to cover a good number of possible events.
Mostly basic outfits and pieces that felt right together — and practical on their own.
For the upper body, I took three pieces: a colorful blue t-shirt, a white shirt, and a black turtleneck. Outerwear; I decided to take the trench coat that I purchased just a couple of weeks ago — I'm completely in love with it.
Bottoms: my favorite pair of jeans, which are just the perfect color and fit — I was extremely surprised that the length fit properly; they’re usually long on me. A pair of black capris with a really fine and delicate diplomatic stripe. My balloon white skirt, as it's my most versatile garment. And this beautiful, elegant, and refined gray dress that makes me feel like I come from the future.
Accessories: the shoes are my classic burgundy loafers, as I wear them almost every single day. And this small yet colorful purse that always helps me elevate any look.
And the outfits.
